You might be surprised how many computer issues can be solved without stepping outside. Remote sessions are ideal for software-related problems and performance fixes such as virus/malware removals, system tune-ups, software installations, computer setups, and more!!!

1) First we have phone call with each other to discuss the computer issue, pricing, and date/time for a remote support session.

2) Follow-up phone call and during this time, you will receive an official email communication from Support@StevesComputers.net containing the information on how to establish the support screenshare session.

3) Both parties will remain on the telephone while I diagnose and troubleshoot your issue. You stay in control at all times. I’ll explain what’s happening, fix the issue, and test the system.
